Your card is first delivered to our secure and monitored PO box.
All orders are processed and completed the same day they arrive at our Dubai facility.

Your card details are never stored, shown, or accessed by anyone except our certified processing team.

1. You place your order on our website
You choose your card style, fill in your details, and complete the payment securely online.
2. You receive a confirmation email
Right after ordering, you get an email with your order number and simple instructions on how to send us your card.
3. You ship your card to Athari
You send your plastic bank card to our secure mailing address (shown in the email).
We always recommend temporarily locking / freezing your card before sending it.
4. We receive and check your card
Once your card arrives at our secure facility in Dubai, we:

• Transfers your chip into the new metal Athari card
6. We pack and ship your new metal card
The same day your card is completed, we:
• Pack it safely
7. You receive and activate your Athari card
You receive your new metal card and use it as normal with your bank’s existing settings (PIN, limits, etc.). If your card was locked/frozen, you simply unlock it again in your bank app.
Yes, absolutely — we can customize the card with your own design. You can place your order and contact us directly through WhatsApp or Instagram. Just send us the design you want with the images, and the color preference, and we’ll create your personalized metal card exactly as requested.
At Athari, we are confident in the quality of our metal cards. Every card is covered for 30 days from the date of delivery against original manufacturing defects.
Examples of covered defects:
• The magnetic strip separating from the metal surface
Please note that lost, physically damaged, or stolen cards are not covered under the standard warranty.
Optional Extended Insurance (Recommended)
When ordering, you can choose to add 1-year or 2-year insurance coverage.
This protects you in case the card becomes defective later on due to normal use — and we will replace or repair your card under that coverage.
This extended protection ensures long-term security and peace of mind.
Bank-Issued Replacement Cards Due to Fraud
Your security is our priority. If your bank reissues your card within 30 days due to suspected fraud or security reasons, we will provide a replacement card.
A small handling fee of 40AED applies.
You can avoid this fee by sending us the required cards yourself and including a prepaid return label.
Defect Reporting Period
If you report a defect, we will begin assistance immediately.
You’ll have 30 days to return the card for repair or replacement.
If the card is not returned within that window, the free replacement offer becomes void. After 30 days, replacements can only be made through our extended Card Insurance Program.
Upgrades or Design Changes
If you wish to upgrade or change your design during this period, please refer to the “Risk-Free Period” details within our Refund Policy.
