4. Bank-Card Disclaimer

Customers requesting a bank-card conversion must be the lawful cardholder or have the cardholder’s valid authorization.

ATHARI does not issue bank cards, open bank accounts, approve transactions, or control banking services. Card functionality may depend on the issuing bank, payment network, ATM, payment terminal, card type, expiry date, security settings, or other matters outside ATHARI’s control.

Any product limitation disclosed before purchase, including limitations relating to contactless or tap-to-pay functionality, forms part of the product specifications.

ATHARI will never request your:

Banking PIN.
Online-banking password.
One-time password.
Account login credentials.
Card verification code.

Customers should provide card-related information only through the approved process communicated by ATHARI.

5. Access and Membership Cards

Customers are responsible for confirming that the required card technology, frequency, format, credentials, dimensions, and encoding are compatible with their access-control or membership system.

ATHARI does not guarantee compatibility with a system unless its technical specifications have been confirmed in writing before production.

Access permissions, user databases, reader configuration, and system administration remain the responsibility of the customer or their authorized system provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ATHARI takes reasonable steps to keep website information accurate and current. However, product descriptions, prices, materials, finishes, availability, production times, and other information may be updated without prior notice.
