Definitely! Your card is handled only by authorized ATHARI personnel throughout collection, customization, and return. During the process, we securely remove the EMV chip from your original card and transfer it to your customized ATHARI metal card. We never request your PIN, OTP, online-banking password, or login details. For added protection, you may temporarily lock your card through your banking app while it is being customized.
Your metal card works normally when inserted into compatible payment terminals and ATMs, with your PIN entered when required. Contactless tap-to-pay is not available due to the card’s premium 100% stainless steel construction.
Your card is collected, customized, and returned within approximately 1–2 business days.
Absolutely. You can personalize the design, color, finish, name, logo, and engraving. Our team will provide a digital preview for your approval before production begins.
We securely remove the EMV chip from your original plastic card and transfer it to your customized ATHARI metal card. Once transferred, the original plastic card will no longer be usable.
